About the Job
Multi-state civil engineering firm is hiring a Structural Engineer for their Louisville office!
Responsibilities:
- Team member of Structural/Bridge Design Group
- Manage projects by directing the design, coordinating work between staff and design team and creating scope and budgets
- Analyze and design bridges, culverts, foundations and other transportation-related and building structures
- Main contact for clients, contractors and local officials
- Prepare engineering project proposals
- Ability to work in a team environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineer preferred
- 5+ years experience (preferably bridge related design experience)
- P.E. required in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana or Kentucky
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software
- Proficient in MicroStation
- MoDOT, IDOT, or KYTC structure experience
Salary is commensurate with experience.
