About the Job
Selectek is looking for a Structural Engineer to begin working with a client of ours in Maitland, FL immediately. This candidate should have a strong background in residential (excluding multi-family), wood/masonry structures, framing systems, foundation analysis, and design, across mainly residential project types.

Required by Client
- EIT with Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience performing structural engineering of wood and masonry structures
- AutoCAD 2D intermediate/expert proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
- Risa 3D experience
- Great knowledge of Florida Building Codes and design standards
- Foundations experience including shallow/spread and deep foundations
- Concrete Construction up to three stories
- Metal plate connected wood trusses
- Knowledge of Steel, Wood, and Masonry Structures
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred by Client
- Revit is a HUGE plus
