About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil / Structural Engineer with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Maryland to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, including design, analysis, and project management. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and engineering principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited institution
- P.E. License is Required
- Will Consider Candidates with their E.I.T. or on the Pathway to get their P.E. License
- Minumun 5 years of relevant experience working on professional Engineer projects
- Strong communication skills
- Functional in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- A working knowledge of surveying and survey principles
- Knowledge of storm water best management practices
- Familiarity with private site and public infrastructure design and preparation of complete construction drawings and project documents
- Familiarity with local, state and federal regulations with regard to design
- Experience working with local and state agencies in plan review and approval
- Experience working with city and county permitting and plat review process
- Familiarity with storm water calculations, drainage design and analysis
