Structural Engineer / Project Manager - Selectek, Inc.

We have an opening in Atlanta, GA for a Structural Engineer.  This person will perform Structural Design and calculations as well as Project Management Duties for commercial and institutional type buildings.

Required:

• BS Civil Engineering, MS preferred but not a must;
• 2-12 years’ experience with commercial consulting structural engineering firm;
• PE/SE preferred but not a must; EIT is hghly, highly preferred
• Experience with Multifamily, Hospitality, Retail, Assisted Living, Industrial;
• Revit, Etabs, RAM experience a plus;
• Experience running a project from conceptual/schematic design thru construction documents and throughout construction a plus;
• Experience interacting with architectural clients and managing 1 or more EIT’s a plus;

Job Details:

Candidate will work to manage multiple commercial projects in different stages of design and construction.  This person may manage one or more Engineers or EIT's as well.  Coordination with Architects and MEP firms will be needed as well to ensure the projects go smoothly.  Attending preconstruction and construction meetings may be necessary as well.
