What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing detailed reports on the condition of building systems for large healthcare facilities.
- Crafting broad scopes of work for the replacement and rehabilitation of building systems.
- Training new or junior field technicians in assessment and reporting.
- Collaborating with engineering and program managers to meet all contractual obligations.
- Ensuring compliance with various federal and state regulations.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Have experience in, or exposure, to BUILDER SMS or similar software platforms.
- Experience working with the Defense Health Agency or in the construction/facilities management field.
- Strong proficiency in creating detailed, engineering-based reports.
