Structural Engineer - Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc.

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER with 2 - 10 years of experience for our office in Towson, Maryland. The employee in this position will work on an ever-changing mix of projects, which could include buildings, retaining walls, bridges and telecommunication facilities (towers, water tanks, buildings/rooftops, foundations and antenna mounts).  Outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• E.I.T. certification preferred (although not required)
• Past experience with structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and wood structures
• Experience and proficiency working in AutoCAD and the RISA Suite (including RISA-3D, RISA Foundation, and RISA Connection)
• Experience with tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, and Excel are a plus.
• For More Senior Candidates:
  • Desire to review, redline, and coach other engineers and designers work product to ensure accurate engineering deliverables
  • Aspiration to serve as the Engineer of Record on products as appropriate
