We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. A DAY IN THE LIFE:We are looking for a highly motivated Structural Engineering Intern, who is passionate about the construction process to join our team. At OneFourTwo, an Intern/Co-op has the opportunity to assist their team with the following:- Communicate with technical drafting staff, clients, and other outside project team members- Prepare preliminary designs for clients- Review building codes to assure correct implementation of preparation and design- Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, architect, civil, and mechanical engineers- Produce structural calculations for implementation with technical drafting staff during preparation of construction documents for permit submittal as well as construction- Produce construction ready design drawings coordinated with all disciplines to assure complete and accurate agreementAt OneFourTwo, our first core value is to treat people fairly and do the right thing.
