15+ years multi-discipline civil engineering firm that provides services including building structural design, bridge design and inspection, construction inspection, geotechnical engineering, land development, survey and reality capture, and transportation engineering. 

Structural Project Manager Engineer 100k-125k

• Lead projects start to finish from proposal through construction administration:
• Author proposals with scope and fee development
• Coordinate with clients to establish achievable project schedules
• Coordinate within the team for staffing needs and allocations based on project deadlines
• Develop workplan to complete projects on schedule and budget
• Coordinate invoicing with accounting
• Experienced with modeling and drafting using Revit
• Experienced with structural design software packages (RAM Suite and Tedds )
• Experienced with field survey, design, and production of construction drawings, preparation of specifications, and construction administration

Structural Engineer Requirements:

• BS Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on structural engineering.
• Minimum 7-15 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and various design codes and references;
• Knowledge of construction drawing standards;
• Excellent communication and writing skills who can handle simple to complex projects across a varied staff;
• Attention to detail and highly organized;
• Self-starter, able to work independently and able to multi-task while achieving deadlines.
• PE Preferred
