Structural/Precast Steel Superintendent - Florida Construction Connection

Title: Construction Superintendent – Structural (Miami/Dade County, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Preferred, by not required, Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or a similar type of experience in a construction-related position that provides the knowledge and experience required for this position
• Must have supervisory-specific field experience in construction disciplines including, Structures, Concrete, Steel, Precast – MEP is a Plus
• Working knowledge of various construction disciplines and safety regulations and how to apply them
• Knowledge of contract drawings and other documents on typical projects
• Manage project schedules, resources, and costs, optimizing productivity and efficiency throughout the construction phase
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of cost management processes, planning, and scheduling
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to upload and report in Procore software
• 30-hour OSHA certification training a plus
