Morgan Payments. TW&C connects counterparties with market-leading Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Contract Monetization, Working Capital Lending, Export Agency Finance (EAF), and Traditional Trade solutions.  Structured Trade is part of (T&WC) and includes EAF, Receivables Finance, Contract Finance, and Inventory Finance.   Job responsibilitiesOversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets; Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives; Oversee business continuity resiliency plansLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, commercialization, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, monitor and report on product exceptions and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesManages product level P&L, balance sheet, RWA and capital, including planning and forecasting, forecasting management and reconciliationResponsibility for OCC and Audit readiness; engagement with Audit/Trade ControlsServe as the key point of connection with regulators and local governance bodiesEnsure products have obtained required regulatory, controls, and compliance signoff prior to launchResponsible for Third Party Oversight (TPO) process and TPO relationship managementEnsures understanding of the client and regional market, and emerging trends to identify gaps and opportunities; research market dynamics and competitor landscape and identify opportunities for product differentiationPartners with Technology and Product Delivery to deliver a competitive digital platform strategyManages product level governance and risk and control environment, including product approvals and renewals and cross functional collaboration with Risk, Legal, and ComplianceRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExperience in Trade & Working Capital, Payments, Investment Banking or Credit RiskExperience working with regulators and local governance bodies Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsExceptional organization, communication, and management skillsStrong communication skills both verbal and written Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related field JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
