Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
- Manage Stryker and SHORAD vehicle vehicles with our field operations counterparts from proposal through closeout to meet cost, schedule and performance requirements as outlined in applicable contract scope of work
- Collaborate with field managers to collectively manage, plan and schedule overall profile for field execution requirements
- Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple internal and external customers leading to a highly successful partnerships
- Engage with field managers to continuously improve CSO products and services related to fielding, new equipment training, modifications, and sustainment maintenance in order to sustain and expand our business
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial wellness of all assigned contracts. Includes completing ETC and EAC reviews monthly for financial CDRLs, Limitation of Cost Notices (LOCNs), Current Estimate, and Op Plan and making adjustments as required.
- Organize and host weekly meetings with field managers to discuss and maintain /course correct program and project activities and metrics
- Provide or coordinate for engineering technical support to field teams for assigned GDLS families of vehicles as needed
- Maintain assigned program and project balanced score card
- Consolidate all assigned program efforts and metrics and provide to leadership in the desired format on a regular basis
- Support the implementation of Safety, DEI, WSBM, ISO, Lean Six Sigma and other GDLS initiatives as required
- Become knowledgeable on assigned products and families of vehicles
Qualifications Sought
- Must possess experience and past performance in working with external customers
- Be proficient in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point) suite use
- Must be capable of obtaining a secret DoD clearance
- Must possess some experience in program/project management elements
- Must be customer focused and action oriented
- Must have time management skills
- Must have information management skills
- Must be capable of business travel for extended durations to include serving as a customer liaison
- Must be proficient in written and verbal communication including briefing a small or large audience
