Position Description
Stryker Field Maintenance Supervisor •Supervisor the daily schedule, manpower requirements, and cost to meet financial goals. •Ensure Manager is aware of critical issues and able to make appropriate strategic decisions based on information supplied. •Provide Stryker maintenance related technical guidance and formal/informal instruction to team and customer as needed, required or requested. •Provide input to program planning, schedules, and maintenance techniques for the Stryker and other tracked/wheeled vehicles as required.
Position Requirements
- 5+ Years’ Experience
- Familiarity with the Stryker family of Ground Combat Vehicles and have a minimum of 5 years of Stryker maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Associates degree required;
- Be able to work autonomously with government personnel.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all deployment requirements, to include a Passport
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work effectively in a team-oriented structure to include field, office, and shop environments both on and off military installations.
- Capable of obtaining a security clearance, if necessary.
- Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS
- Must be able to successfully pass and maintain NACI background to obtain CAC (common access card).
- Additional Information / Desired Experience
- Previous experience working on ground combat Vehicles desired.
- This position may require the candidate to be able to climb on/off, work in, and work around military vehicles is desired. Must be able to pass ASR test (Anthropometric Size Requirement for confined space)
- Must be able to work occasional evening and/or weekend overtime as required.
- Familiarity with military standards and test requirements desired.
- Occasional travel to test sites may be required.
