Student Accessibility Center Access Coordinator - ( STA013976 ) Organization: H0216 Student Accessibility CenterDescriptionThe Access Coordinator provides consultation, information, resources, and referrals to faculty, staff and students, while providing ongoing case management to students with disabilities. Evaluates unique student's needs in order to provide appropriate services and academic accommodations, in collaboration with the student and faculty.
EEO/AA QualificationsBachelors and 1 year experience Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of ananalytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of morethan one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtainedthrough a formal, directly job-related 4-year degree from a college or university,or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related tothe type of work being performed.Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Social Work, Education, Counseling,Psychology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
