Job Responsibilities
Provide direct, 1:1 behavioral intervention to clients in their home, school, and/or community
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor in accordance with best practices in ABA therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data for each session using our electronic data collection platform
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
Maintain active communication with clients, families, BCBA supervisors, and Level Ahead’s admin team
Assist the supervising BCBA with program development, implementation, and maintenance
Conduct programming, behavioral, and skills assessments under the direction of the supervising BCBA
Shadow and conduct programming and assessments related to caregiver education
Engage in activities towards unrestricted hours including (but not limited to): research, program or behavior plan development, continuing education presentations, etc.
Meet weekly with group and/or individual supervisors to review curriculum, collaborate, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines are followed
Qualifications
Enrollment in a master’s level verified course sequence for BCBAs
Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or BACB approved field
Must have RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel required
Must be punctual, professional, and able to implement direct intervention sessions with fidelity
Must be compassionate towards clients with disabilities and their families.
Must be proficient with technology
Willingness to travel up to 90 minutes to participate in client intake assessments
