Student - Continuing Education Office Assistant - Northwestern Health Sciences University

Looking to hirethree student employees for the Annual License Renewal Seminar overDecember 2 through 4, 2016. Training will be provided on Friday prior to the seminar shift hours

Hours: Approximately 20 hours:

• Friday, December 2, 2016, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday, December 3rd, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday, December 4th, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Duties:

• Greeting seminar attendees and handing out name badges and notes for the event
• Answering questions and directing attendees to various campus sites
• Monitor and stamp attendance cards at the appointed times
• Remain at the registration desk during educational sessions for attendee assistance, as needed, may use time to study
• After the event, pack up registration table materials and bring to the Continuing Ed office

Requirements:

• Must be a current NWHSU student in good academic standing
• Must be able to commit to being on site for the whole weekend event
