- Job Summary
- The Student Scheduling Coordinator II is responsible for oversight and guidance of the entire student scheduling process, including communication, planning, analysis, and collaboration with multiple health care related educational programs and CoxHealth departments. Additionally, this individual discovers new avenues to grow the clinical programs by working with various CoxHealth departments through data collection and analysis of the data to provide prioritization of student placement. This individual will also provide evaluation of overall department effectiveness and efficiency, subsequently using this information to develop quality improvement action plans.

- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years' experience
- Experience
- Preferred: Previous project management experience strongly preferred
- Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Able to think analytically and creatively
- Proficient Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills
- Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures
- Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
