NOOTER is seeking an experienced Subcontract Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of three years' experience in reading and writing subcontracts. This role involves collaborating with multiple project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Employ organizational skills that effectively minimize obstacles that negatively impact the project. When obstacles arise, employ sound decision making/problem solving skills to resolve the issue.
- Prepare and manage subcontracts.
- Prepare and manage subcontractor change orders.
- Record and input subcontracts into the Viewpoint system.
