This position will play a critical role in our organization, ensuring all subcontracts are administered effectively and in accordance with our high standards. This role demands a high level of responsibility, accountability, and precision, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and success.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Subcontracts Administrator, you will be in charge of managing and coordinating various aspects of subcontracts from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Administering high-value, complex, and critical subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
2. Conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
3. Identifying strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk in organizational and functional objectives.
4. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient contract administration.
5. Reviewing and resolving all issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, company, and customer objectives.
6. Advising and supporting in the development of subcontract policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Subcontracts Administrator, you must possess the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract administration or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
3. Demonstrable experience with high-value, complex, and critical subcontracts.
4. Strong knowledge of procurement and contract law, and familiarity with the medical industry.
5. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
