Coordinate sub-rental requirements to support the Asset Coordinators by ensuring the pick-up, delivery and return of sub-rentals in a timely fashion and most economical manner.
- Create, track, and manage Sub-Rental purchase orders
- Manage missing and damaged equipment through reports and invoicing Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion
- Manage all Sub-Rental returns in TEAM/REV Establish and maintain vendor relationships
- Update Sub-Rental filing system
- Performs other duties as required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Availability to work overtime during peak seasons

Physical demands
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.
- Physical activities include frequent use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/orreaching regularly
- Required education and experience
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word, TEAM)
- Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving duties (Fed Ex, UPS, Common Carriers)

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $67,000-$72,000. Actual salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
