Substance Use Disorder Case Manager - Piedmont Community Services

Full time benefitted position responsible for the delivery of case management services for clients with a substance use disorder in the Franklin County office available. Requirements include at least one-year of experience working with substance use disorders / co-occurring experience, a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, or human services counseling, or Licensure by the Commonwealth as a Registered Nurse. Board of Counseling Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or CSAC-Assistant under supervision preferred. Equivalent combination of training and experience to provide necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required; salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.
