Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Director - Long Term Health Care Facility

Fulltime: Monday through Friday dayshift hours

Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation on weekend every couple of months (day off given during the week to make up for additional hours)

Job Duties:

• Assure compliance with clinical aspects of contract including utilization and documentation.
• Work with management team and evaluator to formulate, implement and maintain policies and procedures.
• Attend monthly in-service training.
• Assist staff with crisis intervention.
• Commit to the prevision of cultural competent service.
• Responsible for compliance with mandatory reporting laws, mandatory incident reporting and for ensuring ethical practices are followed.
• Perform other related task and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in substance abuse recovery home and/or skilled nursing setting
• License in Social work (LSW, LICSW, LCSW), or LDAC
• Have relationships with mental health/substance abuse providers in greater Boston.
• Ability to motivate staff
