Substitute Teacher Hillsborough County Catholic Schools - The Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg

Job Summary:
We are seeking Substitute Teachers for Hillsborough County Catholic Schools to provide instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. The Substitute Teacher will follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and effectively manage the classroom environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Teaching certificate or substitute teacher certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different environments and students' needs
- Familiarity with classroom technology and learning tools

Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans and provide instruction to students
- Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
- Manage student behavior and ensure safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Complete any necessary paperwork or reports related to the assignment
