As part of the Subway®Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared amp; served
- Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
- Managing inventory and money control systems
- Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
- Recruiting staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Being a team player
In addition to therole of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:
- Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes
- Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
- Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
- Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window
- Planning special events and promotions

PREREQUISITES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, collegedegree preferred
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurantenvironment, experience in supervising and training staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellentcommunicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computerknowledge is essential.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurantas needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Thisposition requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must havethe ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
