TDIndustries is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager Intern to join our team for a Summer 2025 internship. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, supporting various projects from inception to completion. As an intern, you will work closely with our project management team to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

Essential Duties:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Support the coordination of project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
- Help track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Assist in resource allocation and optimization to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project issues.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decisions and strategies.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation management and communication with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous internship or experience in project management or related fields is preferred but not required.
