From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This position is located at one of our Southern Minnesota Branch locations. We are hiring for positions in our Owatonna, Mankato, and Rochester, MN branches.

Our Flagship Branch location is 838 38th St NW, Rochester, MN 55901.

This is a summer 2024 internship paying $18 / hour + the opportunity to earn performance bonuses. 

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at a college/university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026.
• Must have experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
  Given the nature of our job requirements, a drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record (DUI/DWI) in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.  
• Given the nature of our job requirements, more than 3 moving violations (i.e. speeding ticket, failure to stop) on your driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.
