Responsibilities
We are seeking a 2025 summer intern to support our Learning Management and Support Services (LMSS) contract with our Intelligence Community client. At Noblis, our LMSS contract has numerous teams that support the educational and professional development for our client’s workforce. In this project, the intern will work with our Program Manager and support a variety of program management deliverables and business needs for the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow the PM and understand day-to-day responsibilities of managing a large-scale contract.
- Understand and learn about client relationship building, consulting, and program management in general.
- Brainstorming innovations and improvements for the program management aspect of the contract.
- Assist with drafting communications across various media outlets.
- Analyze program infrastructure and bring new perspectives into how to improve current processes within the technological restraints the contract operates under.
- Some projects may include: supporting current program management documents, program organization, developing/administrating a master schedule, or producing programmatic deliverables and meeting minutes.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Areas of interest might include: Leadership, Project Management, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Adult Learning, Data Science and Analytics, or more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Writing and research skills
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance or interest in obtaining a clearance
- Briefing/Public Speaking Skills
- Ability to be adaptable, proactive, and take ownership of projects in addition to active listening
- Experience with the Intelligence Community and their communications
- Experience with automation, scripting, coding, change management, or process improvements
- Experience with multimedia development (graphic design, video production, podcast production) or communication campaigning
- Experience with program management
- Ability to bring fresh ideas, processes, or technologies to the table

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
