Program Overview
Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.

Our Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2026 graduates and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.

 

Position
Rockefeller Capital Management’s Investment Solutions Team is looking for a Summer Analyst to support their business unit this summer. The Summer Analyst will learn about the suite of products offered on our Rockefeller Global Family Office platform, which provides access to best-in-class managers and strategies, including capital markets products, structured products and solutions, and alternative investments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze various reporting metrics specific to the banking & lending product suite.
• Participate in pipeline management of incoming lending requests from Private Advisors.
• Collaborate with other areas within Rockefeller in coordinating various operational aspects of the banking & lending platform
• Helping with the transition process for incoming Private Advisor teams by analyzing incoming securities-based lending requests from contra-firm(s).

Qualifications:

• High school degree required.
• Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Computer Science is desirable.
• Prior internship experience in the financial industry, including wealth management or asset management a plus.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of investments, portfolio reporting and related terminology
• Highly analytical and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel; ability to use Excel to organize, analyze, present and report on client information; Word, Access and PowerPoint a plus
• A self-starter, who works well independently and as a part of a team
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
• Ability to multi-task and be able to reassess priorities as situations arise
• Detail-oriented and attentive to accuracy and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• {Programming experience a plus (e.g. C/C++/Java/Python)

Compensation Range:

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $38/hour.
