Position:Program Overview
Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.
Our 2025 Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.

- Weekly speaker series to promote a deep understanding of the firm, our culture and share personal perspectives from employees.
- Intensive training on our business model and how employees of the firm contribute to achieving our goals.
- Frequent connectivity with other Summer Analysts and our program team.
- Round table discussions on current events with macro and micro relevance to our business.
- Opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors, and senior leaders throughout the firm.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be eligible for consideration students must be undergraduates currently in their junior year and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.
POSITION
Rockefeller Capital Management’s Strategic Partnerships & Community Impact team functions within the Global Family Office. The Summer Analyst will work directly with the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Community Impact on our financial education initiatives, next gen engagement, and partnerships efforts for our Advisors, clients, and prospects.
Responsibilities:- Develop key content and strategy surrounding the Rockefeller Next Gen Financial Education Program delivered to clients
- Partner with teams across the firm to assist in delivering and creating content in the following key areas:
- Personal Finance; Planning for the Future; Estate Planning; US Taxes; Investing; Sustainability & Impact; Philanthropy; Entrepreneurship
- Content creation encompasses client-ready presentations, digital media, and marketing collateral
- Partner with teams across the firm to deliver and create new content
- Participate in sessions and meetings with clients & prospects
- Partner with teams across the firm to assist in delivering and creating content in the following key areas:
- Support Next Gen engagement efforts and initiatives, including exposure to the Rockefeller Next Gen Advisory Council
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and maintaining external partnerships supporting the Rockefeller Lifestyle Advisory platform
- Develop opportunities for Community Impact projects and initiatives on behalf of the firm, including organizational partnerships and/or philanthropic work
- Create internal and external meeting materials related to the different functions of the team
- High school degree required.
- Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Finance, Marketing, Economics or Business is desirable.
- Prior internship experience in consulting, wealth or asset management experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with external clients and multiple levels of staff and management
- Exceptional ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency; able to work in high-pressure environments by prioritizing competing deadlines
- Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organizational and project-management skills
- Self-starter with the drive to self-direct independently and follow through on projects from start to finish
- Passionate about learning and working with Next Gen clients
- High level of energy, hardworking, resourceful, proactive
- High level of responsibility and maturity
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $35/hour. Salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of this rate.
