We’re seeking a highly motivated Safety Intern to join our team at our Murrysville, PA corporate office
Position Summary:
Provide support and assistance to the Corporate Safety Manager to achieve company goals and objectives
Conduct location safety and environmental audits, observations, and inspections
Assist Managers and Supervisors with incident investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
Identifying training needs and assisting in the completion of training
Work with Service and Parts department daily to create and maintain a safe work environment throughout Cleveland Brothers, working to build a culture in safety and environmental, second to none
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the overall safety performance of Cleveland Brothers
Help maintain and update Company Safety Programs
Assist in Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
Provide administrative support to the Safety Manager
Conduct Safety Observations and Audits
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, or related degree.
Knowledge of OSHA Regulations
Strong Communicator: verbal and written.
Time Management and Planning Skills
Self-Motivated and Accountability
Listening Skills
Problem Solving
