Super Bowl Hospitality Lead Brand Ambassador - BDS Connected Solutions, LLC.

Are you a leader with a talent for hospitality, organization, and exceptional guest experiences? Join us as the Lead Brand Ambassador for Visa during the 2024 Super Bowl week in New Orleans! In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of ambassadors, ensuring seamless guest experiences by overseeing registration, stadium tours, and group activities such as tailgate visits. 

Availability required for training and event work February 2, 2025 – February 10, 2025 – mornings, afternoons and some evenings.   Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, and Portuguese is an extra bonus!

$30.00 an hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Lead a team of Brand Ambassadors, providing direction and ensuring everyone performs tasks effectively
• Manage communication between management and team, relaying important updates and instructions
• Provide best-in-class experience for event attendees, greet and direct guests, manage lines, distribute promotional items, answer questions, and assist with registration, group activities and stadium tours
• Assist in light set-up, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event space
• Adapt to changes, resolve issues quickly, and handle other duties as assigned by management and the client

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Proven experience in customer service and/or event work 
• Familiarity with hospitality is highly preferred 

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal communication – written & verbal 
• Engaging personality; comfortable consistently initiating and maintaining conversations with a diverse audience 
• Organizational and problem-solving skills  
• Able to show patience when communicating with team members, the client, and event attendees 
• Able to work well in a team environment  
• Able to exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times 
• Flexible availability including nights & weekends as events require

• Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk, and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp

• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs. 

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 

• Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
