Position Overview:
The Superintendent will be a key field leader responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project execution. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate within the organizational values and execute project plans with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the commercial construction industry, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with team members.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that work is performed to the highest standards of quality and that all project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open lines of communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could impact project timelines or quality, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all safety regulations and standards are adhered to on site, prioritizing the well-being of all team members.
Superintendent Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record in supervising and managing construction projects.
- Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Superintendent Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
