A leading construction company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join their team immediately. This organization has been in business for over half a century providing Design/Build services, General Contracting and Construction Management. Superintendent Functions:

• Manage on-site team, schedules, progress and resources
• Collaborate with clients and members and management team
• Maintain daily log for the job site's operations and communicate with management
• Make changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlines
• Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques

Superintendent Qualifications:

• Effective leadership: Motivation, goal setting and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
• Knowledge of Local, State and Federal Construction Regulations
• Problem Solving and Decision Making
• OSHA 30, High expectations of job site safety
• Organization: Time management, delegation and prioritization
