What would you do as a Superintendent in COmmercIAL cONSTRUCTIOn?
As a Superintendent with Journey Construction, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of our high-value commercial construction projects, valued at $60 million dollars or more. Your responsibilities will include on-site coordination of each project phase, from planning to execution. With your expertise, you will strategically manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure project completion within budget and schedule. Are you a good fit for this Superintedent - Commercial Construction role?
To excel as a Superintendent, candidates must possess a bachelor's or associate degree in construction management along with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing mid-to large-sized commercial construction projects. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role, as is a valid driver's license with evidence of insurability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technologies is required to effectively coordinate and communicate project details. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
