Main Purpose:
Schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise Assistant Superintendent and/or craft activities; includes determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked
- Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors/site requirements
- Maintain liaison with estimating and planning teams to ensure work complies with specifications, and schedule
- Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required
- Assist Labor Relations and Talent Acquisition in maintaining communications with unions, resolving jurisdictional disputes, requisitioning required manpower, etc., as necessary
- Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented
- Maintain liaison with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
- Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
Travel:
- 75%
- Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential
- Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures required
- Lift & move 45lbs or more
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Willing to work in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot/cold/rain)
- Class A CDL a plus
- Demolition experience a plus
- Heavy equipment experience a plus
- Computer/Office Machines – Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook
- English – proficient in business writing and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required when duties require use of motor vehicle
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random screening for illegal substances
