Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities for data center construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project progression.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications, making adjustments as needed to meet project requirements.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for safety violations.
• Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting inspections to verify adherence to plans and specifications.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent, specifically in data center or similar high-tech facility construction.
• Strong understanding of the unique requirements of data center construction, including electrical, HVAC, cooling, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction.
