Superintendent - Healthcare - Gpac

Currently seeking a Lead Superintendents with Healthcare project experience for a premier general contractor. 

This is a key positions with excellent opportunity for career advancement! This is a position for Superintendent's who have owned their projects from start to finish, Healthcare projects including renovations, MOB, additions and more from $15MM+.

Qualifications:

• The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years of field experience on commercial construction projects - Healthcare is a plus!
• Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
• College Degree with a BS in Construction Management or similar degree program is a plus
• Proficiency with safety procedures
• Extensive managerial and people skills
• Materials procurement
• Supervision of self-performed work
