Job Title: Superintendent (Immediate Need) – High-End Restaurant Construction

Location: Dade & Broward Counties, FL

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a leading construction company that specializes in high-end, ground-up restaurant projects. These roles are based locally in Dade and Broward counties, with no relocation offered.

Superintendent Compensation:

• Base Salary: Up to $120K
• Total Compensation Package: Around $136K, including paid overtime
• Yearly Bonus: Average $8-10K, contingent on project profitability
• Yearly Reviews: Performance-based raises, averaging 3.5%
• Additional Benefits:
  • $75 monthly cell phone reimbursement
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles round trip

Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-end, ground-up restaurant construction projects from start to finish, typically within a 20-week timeframe.
• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and successful project completion.

Superintendent Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in General Contracting.
• Experience with high-end restaurant builds; kitchen build experience is a huge plus.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage ground-up construction projects through to completion.
