Duties: Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site. Manage workers to ensure completion of certain tasks by scheduled time. Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Manager to complete job on time and budget. Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate times. Quality control and inspection of work on the job site is critical.

Experience working in various fields in the construction industry, knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools is a must. Require some time spent in field with other company Superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties. Hands on leader.

The ideal candidate will be overseeing the demo and construction of a community building at an assisted living center. This is a light commercial project in Cincinnati that is expected to last 8-9 months. More work in the area is expected as this project progresses.

Salary negotiable BOE.
