Superintendent - Gpac

A highly-respected, employee-friendly design/build commercial construction company is seeking a proven Superintendent to join their organization. With $50 million in annual sales, this company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the $15- $30M range with projects up to $60M. Focusing on client relationship building, they place high value in exceeding expectations with their superior workmanship and devotion to be the best.

Superintendent Functions:

· Develop strategic plans

· Coordinate and maintain the continuity of all superintendent functions

· Review complex documents and reports

· Assign tasks to ensure efficient usage

· Closely check the work of others to assure compliance with laws, protection of the company from risk, and the compliance with established budgets and deadlines

· Assist in trouble shooting daily problems

Superintendent Qualifications:

· 5 proven years as a true lead supervisor

· Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor

· Demonstrated experience with wood frame and concrete frame construction

· Experience with multi-family and assisted living projects preferred

· Have a working knowledge of estimating, project management, and accounting software

· Proficiency with safety procedures

· Extensive people skills

· B.S. degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field preferred
