We are partnered with a high-end custom home builder who are doing ground up and renovation projects - $2-5M

This company is going through a major growth spurt and is looking to add top talented people to their team! 

They build the most beautiful homes-highly sought out clients- and currently building and will continue to build for celebrities 

 Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience as a Superintendent preferrably with experience in high-end custom homes 
• Proven track record managing $2-$5 million residential projects.
• Technical Knowledge -understanding stages of construction/trades etc
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
• Experienced with procurement and working in the field.
• Excellent in communication, organization, and being a great communicator 
• Proficiency in construction management software.
