Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction project, ensuring that schedules are met, budgets are followed, and quality standards are maintained. The Superintendent will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of the project

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction project, ensuring that schedules are met, budgets are followed, and quality standards are maintained. The Superintendent will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of the project
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor and enforce safety standards on the job site
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Communicate regularly with the project manager and other team members
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
