Position Overview: We are looking for a Supervising Attorney with 2-10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise and leadership skills, with experience supervising other attorneys being a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of attorneys handling personal injury cases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and support staff.
• Review and approve legal documents, pleadings, and case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve optimal case outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2-10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and advocate effectively for clients.
