In this role, you’ll balance your time between working directly with members, providing tailored physical therapy sessions, and supporting your team through supervision and administrative tasks. *Key Responsibilities:*
_Caseload Management (50%):_
* Deliver individualized physical therapy for members on your caseload, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to each client’s unique needs.
* Conduct and document therapy sessions with a focus on achieving therapeutic goals and supporting each client’s physical development.
* Manage an active client caseload effectively, ensuring high-quality and impactful therapy.
* Provide education and guidance to patients, parents, and caregivers to enhance understanding and support for the therapeutic process.
_Supervision, Evaluations, and Administrative Tasks (50%):_
* Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), promoting best practices and professional development in both school and clinical settings.
* Perform diagnostic evaluations to understand and address each client’s specific needs, with a minimum of 5 new patient evaluations per month.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic platforms, reflecting our commitment to effective and supportive care.
* Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordination of therapy services, to ensure smooth operation and integration of care.

* Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona, in good standing.
* Experience working with members of various ages and needs.

* Exceptional clinical writing and verbal communication skills.
* Creativity and flexibility in therapeutic approaches.
