Responsibilities:
Organize and assign work, instruct, guide, and assist employees in the safe performance of their work.
Coordinate the activities of assigned work centers and take necessary action to assure performance goals are met.
Provide leadership, direction, and training for employees in assigned work centers.
Anticipate, analyze, and diagnose production problems to coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain conformance with Company work rules and policies and deliver discipline when necessary.
Lead and/or support the implementation of improved manufacturing processes using Lean methodology and tools.
Approve weekly employee payroll hours and appraise performance.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Painting experience preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic computer skills
Specialized courses or training in supervisory and administrative subjects would be beneficial
Work Authorization:
Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States
