Position Summary
The Supervisor, Behavioral Health will oversee the clinical operations of our behavioral health programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with our mission and comply with all regulatory standards. This role involves providing clinical supervision to staff, facilitating program development, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision:
- Provide regular supervision to behavioral health staff, including therapists and counselors.
- Oversee case consultations and ensure adherence to best practice standards.
Program Management:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health programs and services.
- Ensure programs meet all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
Client Care:
- Oversee the development of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that address clients' unique needs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Staff Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
- Mentor staff to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Engage with families and community resources to support client recovery.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Licensure:
- Current and valid licensure as a LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S in the state of [Insert State].
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

- Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Compensation details: 70000-90000 Yearly Salary
