About the Job
- Supervisor Branch Operations will be a technical leader who will help elevate the skillset and processes involved in the management of IT infrastructure that supports our branch locations
- Review tasks, provide direction, and support team efforts in day-to-day activities
- Build relationships with leaders across the organization, and use them to help communicate change, remove roadblocks, and gain support for new initiatives
- Create and maintain KPI's for team functional areas and projects that can be clearly articulated to leadership
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners in an enterprise environment
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Auditing systems and networks to ensure proper configurations aligning with industry standards
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues, requests, and incident escalations; Ensure clear and professional communication and documentation inside ticket management systems and directly with employees
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone), to all employee levels throughout the company
- Managing day-to-day responsibilities of the team, reviewing open tickets and active projects; Scheduling reviews and discussing employee performance on a regular basis
- As a Supervisor Branch Operations, you will create and report on KPI's critical to the success of IT operations
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
- Technically lead a diverse team of engineers who support IT operations for 450 field locations, including support of various software and hardware platforms
- Budget Responsibility - Has budget responsibility
- Decision-Making Level and Scope - Decisions can affect users and branches
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED (minimum); Course of Study: Computer Science
- Minimum experience: Minimum 8 - 10 years of prior experience preferred
- Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.): Understanding distribution and services business models a plus
- Established history of managing a technical team
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines
- Cisco Meraki + API Management of networks and devices
- Power BI/SSMS/Reporting and data analysis
- Ability to use and create scripts in various languages (SQL/Python/PowerShell/etc.)
- M365 Administration; Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations a plus
- MDM - Intune/MaaS360/Mobi
- System administration of various server and virtualization platforms
- Experience administrating the Zscaler suit of applications (ZCC, ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)
- Understanding of enterprise security principles
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Azure Entra and cloud infrastructure management
- Must have expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

- Previous experience with IT related M&A activities is preferred
- Type of Travel Required: US and Canada (A passport would need to be obtained if not already held)
- Amount of Travel Required: >40%
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
