Job Description Summary:
Supervises Contract System Management processes in conjunction with pricing and payor changes in order to ensure a smooth transition to operations. Works within the Adoption & Integration team to drive acceptance and adoption of new payor and pricing changes in order to drive standardization across the enterprise. Manages a team of contract system professionals to create and maintain pricing and payor data for Operations and RCM. Executes operating plan for specific team. Makes decisions on staffing and compensation actions.Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the input, maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of Home Care databases for all operational software systems. Responsible for managing the input, accuracy, and auditing of fee schedules and price tables within the Home Care databases.
- Responsible for acquisition integration of data to Home Care systems and databases. Responsible for implementing, and auditing feedback processes for the accurate input of information into the Home Care databases. Responsible for execution of system reports to support the division on an operational and clinical level based upon management input.
- Responsible for contract maintenance as it relates to the database management including the addition of new contracts and ensuring pricing and coding are kept up to date. Responsible for managing new database setup for the addition of new locations including creating price tables, inventory files, payer files, and other maintenance files as needed.
- Manages the input of data by the Contract System Specialists within the Contract Operations team. Oversees the input and auditing of price schedules and changes within the databases.
- Develops and implements auditing tools to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the databases. Audits contract operations processes to verify the accuracy of data input within the databases. Responsible for developing and implementing processes for data cleanup when necessary.
- Works with Purchasing Manager and other management to develop processes for the timely update of costs and the usual and customary pricing within the division.
- Logs incoming requests, prioritizes, and assigns to appropriate department personnel to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provides statistical data to management weekly on database maintenance status and accomplishments.
- Interfaces with other departments in the coordination of electronic billing setup.
- Ensures reports are being generated and evaluated regularly to keep the Contract Operations team is functioning within established guidelines.
- Reviews performance, evaluates potential, and recommends development programs for the Contract Operations staff. Monitors productivity of staff through the establishment and review of department goals.
- Informs appropriate personnel of plans, programs, and operations that affect the team, and encourages feedback from all employees to increase productivity.
- Manages and solves problem situations as they arise in the team.
- Audits own performance and recommends own objectives and standards of performance.
- Manages team structure through proper hiring and placement, scheduling of work, assignment of responsibility, and delegation of authority. Develops direct reports through orientation, training, establishment of objectives and goals, communication of rules, policies and procedures, and constructive discipline.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of contract management supervisory experience, OR 3-5yrs of contract system management experience with demonstrated progression.
Basic Qualifications & Interests:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer guidelines
- Knowledge of HCPCS and ICD-9 coding
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of current computer applications is required
- Problem-solving abilities
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of spreadsheets

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $58,383.04-$97,327.13Benefits:
