Clean Harbors is looking for a Supervises Customer Service Rep @ our Rancho Dominguez to ensure quality of customer contact through monitoring of customer interactions, building relationships, and managing customer service workload efficiently.

• Maintains appropriate workforce staffing to answer customer calls during scheduled work hours.
• Maintains quality of service in customer interactions
• Ensures productivity of workforce
• Ensures customer service reps are trained in appropriate functions and applications.
• Communicates daily changes and updates to team.
