Supervisor Dietitians - OSF HealthCare

Eligible for a $5,000 Sign on Bonus!

Expected pay for this position is $32.87 - $38.66/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Dietitian establishes procedures, manages all clinical nutrition services activities, including policy and procedure development, implementation of clinical care processes, monitoring the effectiveness and compliance of clinical nutrition processes and provides coverage in the clinical nutrition staff rotation. Provides guidance in dietitian office, insures menu compliance with diet recommendations and standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

2 years’ experience as Registered Dietitian.

Licensure/ Certification:

Dietician Certification.

Dietician License.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

2 years’ experience direct supervisory or management of Registered Dietitian staff and clinical nutrition programs.
