The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time Building Services Supervisor to join our team.

The Building Services Supervisor reports to the Assistant Director of Building Services and is responsible for the supervision of the Building Services Workers
- Ensures that quality standards are met, by inspecting completed work
- Investigates, documents and reports all usual occurrences to the Building Services Director
- Ensures all equipment is tested regularly
- Schedules personnel for proper coverage of the Institution
- Conducts orientation and ongoing training for departmental personnel
- Provides regularly scheduled inservices to departmental personnel
- Supports and carries out the Institution policies
- Maintains proficiency in all techniques and equipment used by the Building Services Department
- Maintains good working relations with other departments
- Assists the Building Services Director in meeting compliance with the JCAHO, federal, state and local regulations
- Provides leadership and guidance to departmental personnel
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least (3) three years of prior supervisory experience, and prior experience in a healthcare setting.
